5. Operation Control and Monitoring: (Project Delivery, Monitoring After Installation) The system efficiency is monitored and reported through routine visits following the implementation or delivery of the project.

6. Preparation of the Impact Measurement Report: The measurement report is prepared including the calculation of the differences between the records before the project and after the project and submitted to the related authorities.
