Closed Circuit Dosing Systems
Closed Circuit Conditioning Chemicals Dosing Systems
In industrial heating and cooling systems (closed circuit), water treatment chemicals are dosed in order to prevent water impurities, corrosion, and biological reproduction problems, which reduce system efficiency, cause higher costs and shorten the economic life.
These chemicals are selected according to the available metal types in the system and make-up water analysis parameters. Additional dosages are made according to the amount of relevant system information.
Since manual dosing of chemicals reduces the efficiency of the conditioning process, it is more convenient to make chemical addition with a dosing system.
Dosage pumps operate depending on the flow rate and the signal transmitted from the system for the dosing of closed-circuit water conditioning chemicals that are selected according to the system conditions.
